Account Deletion Request

You can request permanent deletion of your Passco account and associated personal data at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Email us from the address linked to your account at privacy@metaschoolai.com.
2. Use subject line: Account Deletion Request.
3. Include your full name and phone number for verification.

What gets deleted

Your account profile and learning data linked to your account are deleted or anonymized after verification, except where retention is required by law, anti-fraud, or financial record obligations.

Processing timeline

Verified requests are processed within 30 days. We will confirm completion by email.
